This approach strengthens and stretches muscles and fascia in a targeted way, sustainably improving flexibility, stability, and posture while also helping to prevent injuries. Individual needs, physical conditions, and personal abilities are always taken into consideration.
Pranayama (breathing techniques) is an integral part of the yoga practice and is consciously incorporated into the classes. Through guided breathwork, the nervous system is supported, self-awareness is deepened, and the regulation of body and mind is enhanced.
